Description
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure their successful completion. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations on-site, coordinate with teams, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project specifications. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with construction management software. The Site Supervisor will play a vital role in maintaining project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project flow
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution
- Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, safety standards, and company policies
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in construction or related fields
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
